Volunteer Opportunities

Market Team

We need volunteers to help with greeting shoppers, helping with check-out, and shopping for items during the week. Our market is open every week to provide our participants with dependable access to essential products so this team is vital to the success of LifeBridge!

Events and Education Team

At each of our events and classes we offer a free meal and childcare to all of our participants. We need volunteers to help cook in the kitchen, serve the meal, provide childcare, and be a host to the program. This team provides an essential role to supporting our mission and gets to see the work of LifeBridge in action!

Reading Tutors

Our Heart to Heart Tutoring program offers weekly reading tutoring to children in grades K-3. Tutors do not need to have a teaching background as training and instructional materials are provided. Some tutors serve every week and others serve as substitutes. This program also needs administrative help checking in children, setting out snacks, etc.
